Income you can’t outlive.
Guaranteed withdrawals for life, starting when you choose.

How do income annuities work?
Your principal is protected from stock market losses, while offering growth potential linked to the performance of the S&P 500 Index, subject to caps and participation rates. These annuities often provide a death benefit for beneficiaries, access to up to 10% in annual penalty-free withdrawals, and guaranteed lifetime income to help protect against outliving your retirement savings.
Guaranteed. For life.
A withdrawal amount locked in for the rest of your life — no matter how long you live.

Start when you choose.

Principal protected growth with a death benefit multiplier — for funds earmarked for legacy.

With a $100,000 deposit, the 55% bonus gives your family an enhanced death benefit starting at $155,000 right away. That benefit can grow as the annuity earns interest.
When you pass away, your family has two choices: take the regular account value all at once, or receive the larger enhanced death benefit in payments over five years.
The bonus is added at the beginning. The five years refers to how your family receives the savings.
This is just an example. For exact quotes and numbers, speak with a licensed representative and refer to a formal illustration.

A multiplier applied to the death benefit — so more of what you built passes to the people you choose.
Principal protected growth
Index-linked growth with zero market loss, while the legacy benefit builds.
Earmarked for legacy

1. Lump sum
Your beneficiaries receive the full account value in a single payment.
2. Multiplier over 5 years

7 Roadblocks That Can Disrupt a Well-Funded Retirement.
Retirement is not only about accumulating enough. It’s about making sure the wealth you’ve built can support your income, lifestyle, healthcare needs, and long-term goals — the whole way through.
1Longevity+
A modern retirement can span 30 years or more. Your income plan has to last as long as you do.
2Inflation+
Rising prices quietly shrink what each dollar buys. Over decades, the bite is enormous.
3Sequence-of-returns risk+
Market losses hurt most early in retirement — because you’re withdrawing at the same time.
4Sustainable withdrawal rates+
Take too much, too soon, and even a large nest egg can run dry.
5Social Security decisions+
When you claim sets your check for life. Filing early can cost thousands a year — forever.
6Healthcare and long-term care costs+
Medical expenses are often retirement’s biggest surprise bill.
7Taxation in retirement+
Taxes don’t retire when you do. The order you tap accounts changes how much you keep.

Important information about the content on this website.
About JB Insurance Brokers
JB Insurance Brokers, LLC is an independent, licensed insurance agency, not an insurance company. Insurance products are offered through insurance companies we are authorized to represent, and only where the agency and the applicable insurance producer are appropriately licensed and appointed.
Product availability, eligibility requirements, rates, and policy features vary by insurer, product, state, and individual circumstances. Not every product is available in every state.
This website provides general information about insurance products and services and includes solicitations for insurance. If you request contact, a licensed insurance agent will respond. Information, estimates, and quotes do not constitute an insurance policy or guarantee coverage. Coverage and benefits are governed by the issuing insurer’s policy or contract and applicable law.
The views expressed on this website/weblog are JB Insurance Brokers alone and do not reflect the views of our partners.
Government Non-Affiliation
JB Insurance Brokers, LLC is privately owned and operated and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. government, the federal Medicare program, or the Health Insurance Marketplace.
Life Insurance
Life insurance eligibility, premiums, coverage amounts, and underwriting requirements vary by insurer and policy. Some policies require health questions, medical records, or a medical examination; others offer simplified underwriting or guaranteed acceptance subject to eligibility requirements.
A policy advertised as requiring no medical examination may still involve health questions and underwriting. Guaranteed acceptance does not necessarily mean that the full death benefit is payable immediately for every cause of death.
Some policies provide graded or modified death benefits during an initial period. The length of that period, the benefits payable, and any accidental-death exceptions depend on the specific policy and state. Policies may also contain exclusions, contestability provisions, and requirements for keeping coverage in force.
Any advertised age limits, guaranteed-acceptance features, or benefit schedules apply only to the particular product identified in the offer.
Medicare Advantage and Part D Prescription Drug Plans
We do not offer every plan available in your area. Currently we represent various organizations which offer products in your area. Please contact Medicare.gov, 1-800-MEDICARE, or your local State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) to get information on all of your options.
JB Insurance Brokers, LLC represents Medicare Advantage organizations and stand-alone Part D prescription drug plan sponsors that have contracts with Medicare. Enrollment in these plans depends on contract renewal.
Plan availability, benefits, premiums, and cost sharing vary by service area and plan year. Enrollment in Medicare Advantage and Part D plans is limited to applicable enrollment periods. Eligibility for an Initial Enrollment Period or Special Enrollment Period depends on individual circumstances.
Medicare Supplement Insurance
Medicare Supplement insurance is different from Medicare Advantage and is designed to work with Original Medicare.
Medicare Supplement insurance is generally available to individuals age 65 or older enrolled in Medicare Parts A and B. Availability to individuals under age 65 who qualify for Medicare because of disability or End-Stage Renal Disease varies by state.
Eligibility, premiums, and any underwriting requirements depend on the policy, state law, and applicable open-enrollment or guaranteed-issue protections. Medicare Supplement insurance is not connected with or endorsed by the U.S. government or the federal Medicare program.
ACA and Individual Health Insurance
Individual health insurance availability, enrollment opportunities, premiums, and eligibility vary by state and individual circumstances.
Eligibility for Marketplace premium tax credits and cost-sharing reductions depends on household income, household size, and other applicable requirements. Estimates do not guarantee eligibility or a particular subsidy amount. The applicable Marketplace makes eligibility determinations. Visit HealthCare.gov or your state’s Marketplace for information.
Annuities and Retirement Planning
Annuities are insurance contracts intended for long-term financial needs, including retirement income. Guarantees depend on the financial strength and claims-paying ability of the issuing insurance company and are subject to the contract’s terms.
Fixed indexed annuities are not direct investments in a stock market index. Interest crediting may be linked to an index and is subject to the contract’s crediting rules, which may include caps, participation rates, or spreads.
Annuities may include surrender charges, market value adjustments, withdrawal restrictions, and fees for optional benefits. Protection from negative index performance does not eliminate the effect of withdrawals, fees, or applicable surrender charges and adjustments.
Optional income riders have specific eligibility requirements, costs, and withdrawal rules. Withdrawals may reduce contract values, death benefits, or future income benefits.
The taxable portion of an annuity distribution is generally subject to ordinary income tax. Distributions before age 59½ may also be subject to an additional 10% federal tax unless an exception applies. Tax treatment depends on the contract, how it is funded, and individual circumstances.
Calculators, Estimates, and Illustrations
Calculators, examples, and estimates are provided for general educational purposes. Results depend on the information entered and the assumptions used and are not personalized recommendations, binding quotes, or guarantees of future results.
Actual insurance premiums, annuity values, and income benefits depend on the available product, applicable rates, selected options, and individual circumstances. Guaranteed and nonguaranteed values should be distinguished in the applicable insurer’s illustration or contract. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Tax, Legal, and Investment Information
General information on this website is not individualized tax, legal, or investment advice. Consult appropriately qualified professionals regarding those matters. Insurance recommendations require a review of your individual needs and circumstances.
Privacy and Contact Preferences
Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, and disclosed.
Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in an insurance plan or obligate you to purchase insurance. Permission for marketing communications is addressed through the disclosures and choices presented when you provide your information. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing insurance.
You may request that marketing calls or emails stop by contacting us at (888) 778-6614 or [email protected]. To opt out of marketing text messages, reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply.
